Sponsor: Uskudar University
Summary
This randomized controlled trial tested whether adding a 12-week structured exercise program to ergonomics training improves low back and neck disability, burnout, musculoskeletal symptoms, and pain intensity in schoolteachers with musculoskeletal pain, compared with ergonomics training alone. Eighty teachers from preschool, primary, middle, and high schools in Tatvan (Bitlis, Türkiye) were stratified by school level and randomized 1:1. Outcomes were assessed at baseline and at week 12.
