Inclusion Criteria: 1. Able to understand the study and voluntarily sign the ICF. 2. Diagnosed PN by a dermatologist for at least 3 months before the Screening visit. 3. Participants must have a minimum of 20 PN lesions in total at Screening visit and Day 1. 4. Received at least 2 weeks of moderate or more potent topical corticosteroid therapy with insufficient efficacy. 5. an average worst itch score of the Worst Itch Numeric Rating Scale (WI-NRS) ≥7 in the 7 days prior to Day1. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Presence of skin morbidities other than PN and mild atopic dermatitis that may interfere with the assessment of the study outcomes. 2. With drug-induced prurigo nodularis. 3. Severe concomitant illness(es) under poor control that, in the investigator's judgment, would adversely affect the participant's participation in the study. 4. With malignant tumors within the first 5 years before the screening. 5. Plan to undergo major surgical procedures during this study. 6. Known or suspected immunodeficiency
