Code Blue: Status and Barriers in Egypt.

Summary

In Egypt, Code Blue systems have been introduced in many healthcare institutions; however, their organization and implementation remain heterogeneous, and no national data are available regarding their current status, operational characteristics, quality monitoring, or implementation barriers. A comprehensive national assessment is therefore needed to identify existing gaps, benchmark current practices against international recommendations, and guide future quality improvement initiatives.
