\*True Abstinence is acceptable when this is in line with the preferred and usual lifestyle of the individual. Periodic abstinence (eg, calendar, symptothermal, or postovulation methods) and withdrawal are not acceptable methods of contraception.
* Male participants must agree to refrain from donating semen or sperm while taking mezigdomide or during dose interruptions and that they will not donate semen or sperm for at least 28 days after the last dose of mezigdomide.

Participants must agree to refrain from donating blood while on study treatment, during dose interruptions, and for at least 28 days following the last dose of Mezigdomide or for 4 months (or 150 days) following last dose of elranatamab, whatever happens later.
