Hyperventilation and Post-Activation Performance Enhancement on Anaerobic Capacity
Sponsor: Manisa Celal Bayar University
Summary
The purpose of this study is to investigate the independent and combined effects of post-activation performance enhancement (PAPE) and voluntary hyperventilation (HV) interventions on anaerobic power outputs, energy system contributions during a 30-second Wingate Anaerobic Test (WAnT).
Official title: Acute Effects of Hyperventilation, Post-Activation Performance Enhancement, and Combined Protocols on Anaerobic Capacity and Energy System Contributions
