Sponsor: Ahmad badrah
Summary
This randomized controlled clinical trial evaluates the effect of different methods of cryotherapy (extra-oral, intra-canal, and combination) on postoperative pain and periapical Substance P levels in patients with acute irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis.
