Summary
This is a study to evaluate the efficacy of surovatamig combined with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone (R-CHOP) in participants aged 18 to \< 80 years of age with previously untreated large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) with International Prognostic Index (IPI) score 2 to 5.

Rituximab
Rituximab will be administered to participants as per SoC.
Cyclophosphamide
Cyclophosphamide will be administered to participants as per SoC.
Doxorubicin

Vincristine
Vincristine will be administered to participants as per SoC.
Prednisone
