Safety of AM-928 Infusion in Advanced Solid Tumors
This is a Phase I, open-label, dose-escalation study for a novel cancer treatment, AM-928, intravenous infusion antibody for advanced solid tumor. The study is aimed to learn the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy profile of AM-928. The dose escalation strategy will adopt accelerated titration combined with a Bayesian optimal interval (BOIN) design. Seven dose levels are designed and each participant will be assigned to a specific dose regimen depending on the time of enrollment. In the study, each participant will receive AM-928 treatment cycles till meeting any treatment discontinuation criterion and be followed for safety and long-term survival. The whole study is expected to take approximately three years to complete.

Study of ACC-1898 in Adult Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
This is a research study of an experimental drug called ACC-1898. ACC-1898 is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that blocks several proteins kinases which may help cancer cells grow and spread. The purpose of this Phase 1 clinical trial is to find a safe dose of ACC-1898 and to understand how the body absorbs, distributes, and eliminates the drug (pharmacokinetics / PK). The study will also look for early signs that ACC-1898 may slow or shrink tumors and explore possible biological markers related to drug activity. Adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have no remaining standard treatment options may take part. All participants will receive ACC-1898 tablets by mouth once daily in repeating 21-day cycles. Treatment may continue for up to two years if the cancer does not worsen and side effects are manageable. Safety information, laboratory results and imaging scans (CT or MRI) will be collected regularly. The study will first test different dose levels (dose-escalation phase) and may later expand enrollment in selected tumor types once a recommended dose is found.

Study of SGN1 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor
Objectives:To assess the safety and tolerability followed by a dose expansion study to characterize safety, and preliminary efficacy of SGN1 in participants with refractory solid tumors. Study Rationale:The mechanism of action for SGN1 is based on the fact that most tumors are methionine dependent. SGN1 is designed to be used as a tumor therapeutic bacterium that can preferentially replicate and accumulate in tumors and starve them of essential amino acids by delivering the oncolytic enzyme L-Methioninase. Patient Population:The treatment populations shall be patients presenting with histologically confirmed advanced and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory to standard therapy and for which no other conventional therapy exists.

Study of GS-5319 Given Alone or in Combination in Adults With Solid Tumors
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, GS-5319, its dosing, safety and tolerability when given as a single medication and as a combined medication in adults with solid tumors, where the participants show a specific gene alteration in the tumor. The gene helps produce methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) enzyme. MTAP enzyme helps in normal growth of cells. The primary objectives of the study are to assess the safety and tolerability of GS-5319 as monotherapy and combination therapy in participants with MTAP-deleted advanced solid tumors and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) and/or the recommended dose(s) for expansion (RDE).
