NCT07909720
The EYERISING Study
The purpose of this clinical trial is to see if and how well Repeated Low-Level Red Light (RLRL) therapy works to control myopia over 12 months. The main question it aims to answer is: * Can RLRL therapy help slow down the worsening of myopia? Participants will use a red-light therapy investigational device at home, 5 days a week for 12 months.

Clareon TruPlus Study
The purpose of this research study is to generate safety and performance data for Clareon TruPlus Monofocal Intraocular Lenses (IOLs). IOLs are medical devices that are implanted in the eye during cataract surgery to restore clear vision after the cloudy natural lens has been removed. IOLs are intended to remain in the eyes for the duration of the patient's lifetime.

Surgical Correction of Astigmatism
Laser correction for myopia and astigmatism using an excimer laser has been performed with success for several years. During the last 2 years, a new method for correction of refractive errors has emerged. In the method (ReLex) a femtosecond laser is used to cut a lenticule in the corneal stroma that is subsequently removed. For simple myopia this method has proved effective and on par with excimer baser LASIK. However, it remains to be determined if ReLEx is as effective in the treatment of astigmatism. In the study, patients with high astigmatism are treated with conventional LASIK for astigmatism in one eye and with ReLEx for astigmatism in the other.

Arcuate Incisions With Light Adjustable Lens for Astigmatism Correction in Lens Surgery
This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of femtosecond laser arcuate corneal relaxing incisions (AK) combined with Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) implantation for correcting pre-existing corneal astigmatism in patients undergoing cataract or refractive lens exchange surgery. Postoperative assessments will focus on residual refractive astigmatism, visual outcomes, patient satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse events. Arcuate keratotomy and toric IOLs are well-established methods for astigmatism correction, and this study will compare their combined effectiveness using advanced femtosecond laser technology.

Wavelight Plus Sightmap-LASIK vs. Wavefront-Optimized-LASIK
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the wavelight plus Sightmap (WLP) method or the wavefront-optimized (WFO) method for calculating LASIK customization treatment gives better vision, better satisfaction, and fewer symptoms afterward. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does the WLP method provide better vision than WFO method? 2. Does the WLP method provide better patient satisfaction and less symptoms than WFO method? Researchers will compare two methods for calculating LASIK customization treatment to determine which one is better. Participants will: 1. Receive LASIK in both eyes: one eye will receive WLP-LASIK and the other will receive WFO-LASIK. 2. Be in the study for about three months and will have six clinic visits: a pre-op qualification exam, the surgery visit, and follow-up visits on 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after surgery. 3. Have several eye test to assess vision and complete a symptom questionnaire. This questionnaire will take approximately ten (10) minutes to complete in person during.

Rotational Stability of Two Soft Toric Contact Lens Designs
This study compared the rotational behavior of two commercially available soft toric contact lenses with different stabilization designs and explored whether ocular biometric and refractive characteristics were associated with lens rotation. Contact lens-naïve adults underwent baseline ocular biometry and were scheduled for two separate lens-fitting sessions in randomized order. Lens rotation was measured 30 minutes after insertion in primary, right, left, upward, and downward gaze using slit-lamp biomicroscopy. The study was designed as a two-period crossover comparison.
