A Study of JYP0066 Cream in Mild-to-Moderate Atopic Dermatitis
This is a Phase 2 research study testing an investigational topical cream called JYP0066 for the treatment of mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema) in teenagers (12-17 years old) and adults. The study will check whether JYP0066 cream can reduce eczema signs and symptoms such as redness, itching, dryness, and skin thickening, and whether it is safe and well tolerated. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: they will apply either 4%, 3%, or 2% JYP0066 cream, or a matching placebo cream, to eczema-affected skin twice a day for 8 weeks. All creams will look the same. This helps the study compare which concentration works best and how safe each one is.

Effectiveness of Psychodermatologic Educational Modules on Atopic Dermatitis Patient Outcomes
In a previous part of this study, we created educational modules about the psychodermatology of inflammatory skin conditions, with a particular emphasis on atopic dermatitis, for patients. These modules will empower patients to better manage both the psychological and physical aspects of their skin conditions. As part of this project, we aim to conduct a clinical trial to determine the effectiveness of these modules on eczema severity and health-related quality of life in patients. We hope to use these findings to develop and disseminate accessible educational material on the psychological aspects of dermatologic care.

Evaluation by Confocal Reflectance Microscopy of the Skin Structure of Patients With Atopic Dermatitis Treated With Tralokinumab Biotherapy.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with pruritus and recurrence of eczematous eruptions. Evaluation of response to treatment are only clinical using Eczema Area Severity Index (EASI), SCOring of Atopic Dermatitis Index (SCORAD) scores, with a risk of intra-observer variations. Tralokinumab is a fully human anti-IL-13 monoclonal antibody that has proven to be effective and well-tolerated for the treatment of patients with moderate-to-severe AD. Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) is a noninvasive procedure that allows to evaluate epidermis and papillary dermis at a cellular level. RCM allows skin structural and inflammatory parameters evaluation. The aim of this study is to evaluate by RCM skin modifications of AD patients treated with tralokinumab.

Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of an Ozonated Oil in Atopic Dermatitis
This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a topical ozonated vegetable oil formulation in paediatric patients with mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis. The study follows a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled design and compares clinical progression, as assessed using the SCORAD (Scoring Atopic Dermatitis) index, quality of life, as measured using the IDQoL (Infants' Dermatitis Quality of Life Index), and various safety and cosmetic acceptability outcomes over a 14-day follow-up period. In addition to conventional clinical efficacy endpoints, the study includes responder analyses and quality-of-life assessments to provide a more comprehensive characterisation of the potential therapeutic benefit of ozonated oil in this population.
