Recovery Modalities and Application Sequence in Elite Female Basketball Players

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of intermittent pneumatic compression, local heat, and mechanical vibration applications on recovery following high-intensity anaerobic exercise in elite female basketball players. Recovery levels of the athletes will be evaluated through blood lactate concentration, countermovement jump performance, perceived recovery status, and perceived muscle soreness. The study will compare the effects of different recovery application sequences on post-exercise recovery indicators.

TRX Training Intensity in Male Adolescent Basketball Players

This randomized interventional study aims to compare the effects of low-, moderate-, and high-intensity TRX suspension training on physical performance in male adolescent basketball players. Forty-two athletes aged 15 to 17 years are assigned to one of three TRX training intensity groups and complete an 8-week supervised training program in addition to their regular basketball practice. Outcomes are assessed before and after the intervention and include agility, dual-task agility, balance, upper-extremity muscular endurance, and rating of perceived exertion (RPE). The study seeks to determine whether different TRX training intensities produce distinct adaptations in these performance outcomes and to provide evidence for optimizing suspension-training prescription in youth basketball players.

Neuromuscular Effects of Acute Fatigue in Adolescent Basketball

The primary aim of this study is to investigate the effects of acute fatigue on neuromuscular control and performance parameters in professional adolescent basketball players and to determine the relationship between fatigue level and neuromuscular control variables. As a secondary aim, the study seeks to examine whether these effects differ according to sex. The research hypotheses are as follows. The null hypothesis (H1-0) states that acute fatigue has no significant effect on neuromuscular control parameters in adolescent basketball players, including balance performance, landing mechanics, ground contact time, and asymmetry ratios. The alternative hypothesis (H1-1) proposes that acute fatigue has a significant effect on these neuromuscular control parameters. The second null hypothesis (H2-0) states that the effects of acute fatigue on neuromuscular control parameters do not differ according to sex. The alternative hypothesis (H2-1) suggests that the effects of acute fatigue on neuromuscular control parameters differ according to sex.

Comparative Effects of Hang Clean and Half Squat Training Program Among Basketball Players

The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to compare the effects of hang clean and half squat training programs on vertical jump performance and strength in male basketball players aged 18-35 years. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does a hang clean training program improve vertical jump performance in basketball players? Does a half squat training program improve vertical jump performance in basketball players? Researchers will compare the hang clean training group to the half squat training group to see if there is a significant difference in the improvement of vertical jump performance and strength. Participants who meet the inclusion criteria will be enrolled and allocated in group A \& B through sealed envelop method by Non-probability Convenient random sampling technique. Subjects in Group A will receive hang clean training. Group B will receive half squat training, attend pre- and post-testing assessments of vertical jump performance and strength
