Reproducibility of Breast Density and Background Parenchymal Enhancement Grading on Contrast-Enhanced Mammography With AI Support: A Retrospective Single-Centre Study
Retrospective single-centre observational study in women who underwent contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM). It assesses the reproducibility of breast density (BD) and background parenchymal enhancement (BPE) grading by five radiologists with and without AI support, develops linear regression and deep neural network (DNN) models to predict BD and BPE, tests BD prediction on an external public dataset, and explores a multi-output DNN as a proof of concept for proxy estimates of bone mineral density and systolic blood pressure. This is a secondary analysis of the cohort also described in NCT06838117 and NCT06838130.

Mammogram Pretreatment With Ulipristal Acetate
This phase II trial tests whether taking ulipristal acetate prior to a mammogram decreases breast density for people with a history of dense breast tissue. One limitation to breast cancer screening with mammography is dense breast tissue, which decreases the sensitivity of screening as breast density masks cancer and precancerous lesions. Ulipristal acetate lowers the amount of progesterone made by the body which may temporarily decrease the density of the breast tissue, allowing for a more accurate mammogram for people with dense breast tissue.

Effect of Oral (Z)-Endoxifen in Premenopausal Women With Measurable Breast Density
This is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled dose-response efficacy study of oral (Z)-endoxifen in premenopausal women with measurable breast density. There will be 5 in-clinic visits (Screening, Day 1, Months 1, 3 and 6) and 3 self-report visits (Months 2, 4 and 5). Standard of care mammograms will be used for the screening mammogram as well as the 24-month follow up visit.
