Effect of Botulinum Toxin on Selective Motor Control and Pain in Diplegic Cerebral Palsy
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Botulinum Neurotoxin-A (BoNT-A) injection applied to spastic muscles on pain sensation and Selective Motor Control (SMC) in cases diagnosed with diplegic spastic Cerebral Palsy.

Oculomotor Training in Spastic Diplegia: Effects on Postural Stability and Motor Proficiency
This randomized clinical trial investigates the effect of oculomotor training on postural stability and motor proficiency in children with spastic diplegia. Participants will undergo structured oculomotor exercises designed to enhance visual-motor integration and balance control. Outcomes will be assessed using standardized measures of postural stability and motor proficiency before and after intervention. The study aims to determine whether targeted oculomotor training can improve functional motor performance and balance in this pediatric population. By evaluating the effect of structured oculomotor training on postural stability and motor proficiency in children with spastic diplegia, the study seeks to establish whether visual-motor interventions can serve as effective adjuncts to conventional therapy. The rationale is grounded in neuroplasticity: repeated oculomotor exercises may strengthen neural pathways linking visual input to motor output, thereby improving balance and functional performance.

Comparative Effects of Play-Based Therapy and NDT in Diplegic CP
To compare the efficacy of play-based therapy versus NDT in improving fine motor skills in children with Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy. Baseline Assessments (Pre-Intervention) To Establish baseline motor function, balance, and goals. * Standardized Tools (Conducted in Week 1): * Peabody Developmental Motor Scales (PDMS-2): Evaluate gross and fine motor skills. * Modified Ashworth Scale: Assess spasticity in lower and upper limbs. * Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS): Measure static and dynamic balance. * Parent/Child Goal Setting: Identify individualized goals (e.g., stair climbing, dressing independence). 1\. Play-Based Therapy (PBT) * 5-Minute Warm-Up: Gentle play (e.g., rolling a ball, stretching with ribbons) * Building Blocks: Focus on fine motor control, bilateral coordination, and problem-solving. * Puzzles: Enhance spatial awareness, grip strength, and cognitive engagement. * Arts and Crafts: Promote hand-eye coordination (e.g., cutting, drawing) and creativity. * Frequency: 4 days a week, for 3 consecutive weeks * Intensity: Moderate effort; tasks tailored to the child's skill level (e.g., 5 piece puzzles progressing to 10-piece). * Time: 45-minute sessions (30 minutes active play, 10 minutes rest/reinforcement). 2. Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) * 5-Minute Warm-Up: Light mobility exercises (e.g., Hand pumps, seated marching). * Resistance Bands: Strengthen upper limbs (e.g. Bicep curls, shoulder abduction, chest presses.). * Small Dumbbells: Improve upper body strength (1-2 lbs for shoulder/arm exercises). * Stress Ball Squeezes: Enhance grip strength and hand function (5-10 reps/session). * Frequency: 4 days a week, for 3 consecutive weeks * Intensity: Moderate resistance; emphasize alignment and controlled movement * Time: 40-minute sessions (30 minutes active exercise, 10 minutes rest/feedback). Outcome Measures * Peabody Developmental Motor Scales (PDMS-2): for evaluating fine motor skills. * Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS): To measure muscle spasticity (tone) in the limbs. * CHQ: To measure health-related quality of life

Intranasal AAV9-PHP.eB Gene Therapy in Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE)
This international study, organized by Healing Hope International, is an observational registry designed to collect real-world data on participants living with chronic hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) who receive an emerging intranasal gene therapy based on the AAV9-PHP.eB viral vector. The investigational therapy delivers a panel of 15 restorative genes that support brain repair, reduce inflammation, promote myelination, and improve neural communication. It is administered intranasally in one or three sessions by participating international clinical teams. Because the therapy is already being offered abroad, this registry does not assign treatment but instead follows participants who have received it as part of their existing medical care. The GEN HOPE Study aims to understand how this gene therapy affects movement, cognition, spasticity, and seizure frequency over time. Families and clinicians will share outcomes such as changes in gross motor function (GMFM-66/88), cognitive assessments (Bayley or WISC tests), and quality-of-life measures. Information on safety, laboratory results, MRI findings, and caregiver-reported experiences will also be collected. By combining data from multiple countries, the registry seeks to evaluate whether this novel gene based approach can meaningfully improve daily function and comfort for participants with chronic HIE. Results will guide future clinical trial development and help define safe and effective standards of care for regenerative neurologic therapies.
