Parent-Mediated Social Cognition Intervention for Young Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder
This study evaluates the efficacy of the Companion Mind-Drawing Cooperative Game Program, a parent-mediated, home-based structured play intervention targeting social cognitive development in young children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Children with ASD in the intervention group will receive a structured program in which parents attend an in-person training session (approximately 2.5 hours) at the hospital, where parents are taught to administer a series of researcher-designed cooperative game paradigms at home. Parents then deliver the intervention daily for at least 30 minutes per session over a period of six months. Monthly online video reviews by a clinician provide parents with individualized feedback and guidance to ensure program fidelity and quality. Children with ASD in the comparison group will continue to receive usual care and will not receive the program during the study period. Social cognitive outcomes - including emotion recognition, theory of mind, empathy, joint attention, self-perception, and social communication - will be assessed at baseline and at 12-month follow-up using behavioral experimental tasks and eye-tracking paradigms. This study aims to provide evidence for the efficacy of a scalable, family-implemented social cognition intervention for young children with ASD.

Increasing Mitochondrial Respiration as a Novel Mechanism for Cognitive Augmentation
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of increasing brain energy on cognition. The hypothesis is that by using a special kind of light, in combination with a nutritional supplement, it may be possible to increase energy production in the brain, which may lead to improvements in cognition.

Tinkering to Flex Ur Brain (Tinker-FUN): A Cognitive Flexibility Pilot Program for Community Dwelling Older Adults
The Tinker-FUN program is a cognitive flexibility intervention designed to help older adults adapt to aging and live independently. While cognitive training is an effective way to mitigate cognitive decline, current methods do not focus on cognitive flexibility, an essential aspect of managing daily activities as one ages. The intervention aims to address this gap by offering engaging tinkering activities designed for older adults. Before expanding to a larger clinical trial, the current proposal seeks to test its feasibility among community-dwelling older adults in US.

A Validation Study of the Neuro-cognitive Emotion Monitoring-Intervention (NEMO-I) Application in Adolescents
This study aims to evaluate the validity and effectiveness of NEMO-I (Neuro-cognitive Emotion Monitoring-Intervention), a mobile application designed to help adolescents monitor and manage their cognitive and emotional functioning in everyday settings. NEMO-I delivers evidence-based psychological techniques-such as mindfulness, self-regulation training, and emotion monitoring-in a gamified format consisting of seven brief activities that users can complete at home in about 10 minutes each. A total of 140 middle and high school students will participate. Participants will complete standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments before and after the intervention period. During the 21-day intervention period, participants will use the NEMO-I application at home each day at their convenience (a minimum of 10 minutes per day is recommended). By comparing pre- and post-intervention assessment results, this study seeks to determine whether the application produces meaningful benefits for adolescent mental health and to establish its suitability as a digital mental health tool.

A Study on the Effectiveness of a Dietary Supplement FitoAvia for Jet Lag
Purpose of the study: Evaluation of the effects of dietary supplement Fitoavia in people with dyssynchrony Objectives of the study: 1. Assessment of the condition of patients with jet lag of 4 hours or more 2. Determination of the day of normalization of the circadian rhythm in each group 3. Assessing the quality of life of patients. 4. Assessment of the economic effectiveness of the therapy performed 5. Evaluation of the results of daily software testing for "staff" of at least 12 people from each group Randomization Block randomization with stratification. Randomization sheets will be provided prior to the start of the study. Sample size Total number of patients included in the study: up to 120. Study groups Group 2 - at least 60 patients in each group (Fitoavia/Placebo) with stratification within each group: Group 1, patients receiving: Fitoavia. Group 2 patients who received: Placebo. Stratification implies uniform inclusion of patients according to the amount of jet lag.
