Safety and Efficacy Trial of Epcoritamab Combinations in Subjects With B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)
The purpose of this trial is to measure the safety and effectiveness of epcoritamab (EPKINLY™), either by itself or together with other therapies, when treating participants with B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL). The aim of the first part of the trial is to identify the most appropriate dose of epcoritamab, and the aim of the second part of the trial is to assess the selected epcoritamab dose in a larger group of participants with B-NHL. All participants in this trial will receive either epcoritamab alone, or epcoritamab combined with another standard treatment regimen, with a total of 10 different treatment arms being studied. Trial details include: * The treatment duration for each participant depends upon which arm of treatment they are assigned to. * The visit frequency for each participant depends upon which arm of treatment they are assigned to, but will be weekly to start for all participants, then will decrease to either: every 2 weeks, or every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks, or every 8 weeks. * All participants will receive active drug; no one will be given placebo. Participants who receive treatment with epcoritamab will have it injected right under the skin. Participants will receive a different regimen of epcoritamab depending upon which arm of treatment they are assigned. Participants who receive standard treatments will have intravenous (IV) infusions and/or oral administration of those treatments. Participants will receive a different standard treatment regimen depending upon which arm of treatment they are assigned.

Pharmacokinetic Study of Venetoclax Tablets Crushed and Dissolved Into a Solution
The use of venetoclax-based therapies for pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory malignancies is increasingly common outside of the clinical trial setting. For patients who cannot swallow tablets, it is common to crush the tablets and dissolve them in liquid to create a solution. However, no PK data exists in adults or children using crushed tablets dissolved in liquid in this manner, and as a result, the venetoclax exposure with this solution is unknown. Primary Objectives • To determine the pharmacokinetics of venetoclax when commercially available tablets are crushed and dissolved into a solution Secondary Objectives * To evaluate the safety of crushed venetoclax tablets administered as an oral solution * To determine the pharmacokinetics of venetoclax solution in patients receiving concomitant strong and moderate CYP3A inhibitors * To determine potential pharmacokinetic differences based on route of venetoclax solution administration (ie. PO vs NG tube vs G-tube) * To determine the concentration of venetoclax in cerebral spinal fluid when administered as an oral solution

Copanlisib and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Richter's Transformation or Transformed Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
This phase I trial studies the best dose and how well copanlisib when given together with nivolumab works in treating patients with Richter's transformation or transformed indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Copanlisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving copanlisib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with Richter's transformation or transformed non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Mosunetuzumab and Polatuzumab Vedotin for Untreated Follicular Lymphoma
This phase II clinical trial studies the combination of mosunetuzumab and polatuzumab vedotin in order to see how well it works in patients with untreated follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is an antibody that has been engineered to attach to two target cells in the immune system: T cells that normally perform tasks like killing virus-infected cells, and cancerous B cells. Mosunetuzumab has been designed to direct these T cells to kill the cancerous B cells instead. Polatuzumab vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate that attaches to certain cancerous B cells and then delivers a drug specifically to those cells.

A Study of Reduced Dose Radiation Therapy for People With B-Cell Lymphomas
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether a very low dose of radiation therapy (VLDRT) is an effective treatment for people with follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) and works as well as the standard dose of radiation therapy. The researchers will see if VLDRT works against cancer in the area that is currently affected by cancer and if the therapy prevents new spots of lymphoma from developing. The researchers will also compare VLDRT with the standard dose of radiation therapy to see if VLDRT causes fewer side effects. Radiation therapy uses beams of intense energy to kill cancer cells. Standard doses of radiation therapy can cause short- and long-term side effects. Researchers think VLDRT may be as effective as standard doses, and, because VLDRT uses less radiation, researchers think VLDRT may cause fewer side effects than standard doses.

Phase I Safety Clinical Trial of Anti-CD19 CAR-T Therapy COL01 for the Treatment of Adults With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoid Neoplasms: First-in-human Administration, COLIBRI.
The objective of this Phase I clinical trial is to evaluate the safety, toxicity profile, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of autologous CAR-T anti-CD19 cell therapy (CAR-T ANTI-CD19 COL01) in adult participants (aged 18 years and older) with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell lymphoid malignancies (including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma \[DLBCL\], mantle cell lymphoma \[MCL\], follicular lymphoma \[FL\], and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia \[B-ALL\]) after at least two prior lines of systemic treatment. The primary questions this study aims to answer are: What is the safety and toxicity profile, including the incidence and severity of adverse events (such as Cytokine Release Syndrome \[CRS\], Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome \[ICANS\]), and dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) associated with CAR-T ANTI-CD19 COL01? What is the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CAR-T ANTI-CD19 COL01 for future clinical studies? Comparison Group: This is a single-arm, non-comparative Phase I study; there is no comparison or control group. All enrolled participants receive the investigational CAR-T ANTI-CD19 COL01 therapy. Participants will be asked to: Undergo screening procedures and baseline diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility. Undergo leukapheresis for peripheral blood T-cell collection to manufacture the autologous CAR-T cell product. Receive a lymphodepleting conditioning chemotherapy regimen prior to product administration. Receive a single intravenous infusion of CAR-T ANTI-CD19 COL01 cells. Complete mandatory post-infusion monitoring (inpatient and outpatient surveillance), safety checks, blood sampling, and clinical disease response evaluations (including imaging and/or bone marrow examinations).

Clonal Evolution in Follicular Lymphoma
Background: Follicular lymphoma is a type of cancer of the lymph nodes. Lab studies are important for cancer research. They help scientists better understand differences in the cancer biology of different patients. Researchers want to collect serial samples over time from people with follicular lymphoma to help them design future treatments. Objective: To collect a variety of samples from people with follicular lymphoma to study how these diseases progress and respond to treatment. Eligibility: Adults at least 18 years old who have been diagnosed with, but have not yet had any treatment for, follicular lymphoma. Design: Participants will be screened with medical history and physical exam. They will answer questions about daily functioning. They will have blood and urine tests. They may have scans and have tissue samples taken. Participants will be monitored about every 4 months for up to 2 years. They will repeat screening tests. They will have a cheek swab. A small brush will be rubbed against the inside of the cheek to wipe off some cells. Participants will have imaging scans about every 8 months for up to 2 years. Participants may have a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. The hipbone will be numbed with a small needle. A needle will be put into the hipbone, and about 2 tablespoons of bone marrow will be taken out through the needle. Participants will continue being monitored every 6 months for up to 5 years, then 1 time a year.
