Effect of Exoskeleton-Assisted Walking on Gait Parameters in Healthy Adults
This study investigated the immediate effects of a single session of EksoNR-assisted walking on gait parameters and plantar pressure distribution in healthy young adults. Participants underwent a baseline assessment using a baropodometric platform, followed by one supervised exoskeleton-assisted walking session and a post-intervention assessment. The study used a single-group pre-post design to examine short-term biomechanical changes associated with exoskeleton-assisted walking.

Effect of Low-Frequency Low-Frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation of the Gluteus Medius on Gait and Balance
The purpose of this study is to investigate the immediate effects of applying low-frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) to the gluteus medius muscle on gait and balance in healthy young adults. The gluteus medius is a major hip muscle that plays a crucial role in stabilizing the pelvis and maintaining postural balance during walking. Although TENS is widely used in clinical settings, its immediate impact on multi-planar walking kinematics and stability when applied specifically to this muscle is not fully understood. In this study, healthy young adult participants will receive a single 20-minute session of low-frequency TENS applied bilaterally to their gluteus medius muscles. Researchers will evaluate the participants' static and dynamic balance performance, as well as their three-dimensional walking patterns, immediately before and after the electrical stimulation to observe any acute changes in their physical performance and stabilization strategies.

Effects of Smartphone Use on Gait and Postural Control in Healthy Adults
This study evaluated the effects of smartphone use on gait biomechanics and standing postural control in healthy adults. Participants performed standardized smartphone tasks under different experimental conditions while walking on a treadmill and while maintaining a standing position. Gait parameters and postural control measures were assessed to determine whether the type of smartphone task and the manner of using the device influence human movement and balance. The study aimed to identify task-specific changes associated with smartphone use during walking and standing.

The Effect of Lateral Wedge Insoles on Lower Limb Biomechanics, Muscle Activity and Knee Adduction Moment During Walking and Running
The aim of this prospective, randomized, single-group interventional study is to use quantitative methods to investigate the acute effects of using lateral-wedge insoles on lower extremity biomechanics, muscle activation patterns, and knee adduction moment during walking and running activities in healthy individuals aged 18-40. The primary research questions it seeks to answer are as follows: * Do lateral wedge insoles cause a significant change in knee adduction moment? * Do lateral wedge insoles change lower extremity biomechanics during walking and running? * Do lateral wedge insoles change the activation patterns of lower extremity muscles during walking and running? To compare the effectiveness of lateral wedge insoles, participants will randomly use insoles with 0 (neutral), 5, and 10-degree angles. Participants will do the following: * Put on the shoes and insoles provided to you in the motion analysis laboratory and complete the walking and running protocols, each taking 1 minute, on the treadmill. * While walking at your normal walking speed, step so that your dominant leg is positioned over the force plate. * Repeat all of this for the insoles at the other two angles.
