NCT07873723
Scavenging of Reactive Carbonyl Species by Blueberries in Humans
This is an interventional study to investigate the formation and pharmacokinetics of reactive carbonyl species adducts of blueberry polyphenols in humans after a single dose of dietary flavonoids.

NCT07874360
Scavenging of Reactive Carbonyl Species by Soymilk in Humans
This is an interventional study to investigate the formation and pharmacokinetics of reactive carbonyl species adducts of soymilk polyphenols in humans after a single dose of dietary flavonoids.

NCT07767149
Effects of Flavonoid Foods on Carbonyl Stress
This randomized crossover study will compare low- and high-flavonoid diets in healthy adults to identify flavonoid-derived biomarkers in urine and plasma. Using targeted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) metabolomics, researchers will measure known and novel flavonoid metabolites and evaluate whether a higher flavonoid intake reduces carbonyl stress markers, including reactive carbonyl species (RCS) and advanced glycation end products (AGEs).

Scavenging of Reactive Carbonyl Species by Apple Polyphenols in Human
This is an interventional study to investigate formation and pharmacokinetics of reactive carbonyl species adducts of apple polyphenols in human after a single dose of apple consumption.
