NCT07730632

Phase II Clinical Study on the Efficacy and Safety of QLS7305 in Patients With Kidney Disease (Part A)

QLS7305 injection is a chemically synthesized double-stranded small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting complement C3, covalently linked to a ligand containing N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) residues. After subcutaneous (SC) administration, it can inhibit C3 synthesis through the RNA interference (RNAi) mechanism, reduce circulating C3 protein levels, decrease the generation of complement-activated C5 convertase, and inhibit complement pathway activation. It is expected to become an effective treatment for complement-mediated kidney diseases and hematological disorders.

RD06-05 Universal CD19/BCMA CAR-T for Refractory Pediatric Autoimmune Diseases

This is a single-arm, open-label, phase I clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of RD06-05, a universal CD19/BCMA dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T), in pediatric and adolescent patients with refractory autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus/lupus nephritis (SLE/LN), systemic sclerosis (SSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM), multidrug-resistant nephrotic syndrome (MDR-NS), and refractory IgA nephropathy (IgAN). Approximately 30 eligible patients will be enrolled and receive a single intravenous infusion of RD06-05 at an initial dose of 6×10⁶ CAR+ T cells/kg, with a potential dose escalation to 10×10⁶ CAR+ T cells/kg following review by a Safety Review Committee (SRC).

Assessing the Global Burden of IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) in Patients Receiving Hemodialysis: A Real-World Study Using DOPPS Data

This study leverages the global Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study (DOPPS) database to generate real-world evidence on the burden of IgAN in patients who progress to kidney failure and require maintenance hemodialysis (HD). We will first aim to understand prevalence of IgAN in a global cohort of in-center HD patients. The second and third objectives aim to quantify the patient burden of IgAN using a two-step approach: first, a detailed single-arm evaluation of outcomes within the IgAN population; second, a matched comparison to the broader HD population.

First in Human Study to Assess Safety of VIS649 in Healthy Subjects

This is a phase 1, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, single ascending dose study of IV VIS649 in healthy subjects. VIS649 is a monoclonal immunoglobulin G2 (IgG2) antibody targeting the B-cell growth factor APRILL. The study will enroll up to 45 subjects and will be conducted in up to 5 sequential dosing cohorts at four different dose levels, enrolling 9 subjects per cohort. Subjects will be randomized to VIS649 or placebo in a ratio of 7:2 (7 active, 2 placebo). Safety, pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) data from the initial cohorts will be assessed.
