Rare Disease Patient Registry & Natural History Study - Coordination of Rare Diseases at Sanford
The Coordination of Rare Diseases at Sanford (CoRDS) is an international patient registry that serves as a centralized resource for rare disease research. Individuals affected by rare diseases, undiagnosed conditions, and disorders of unknown prevalence may voluntarily contribute health information to support natural history studies, participant recruitment, and other research efforts. Through partnerships with patient advocacy organizations and researchers worldwide, CoRDS helps connect rare disease communities with research opportunities while advancing knowledge across more than 7,000 rare diseases. Participation is free of charge.

Prospective Research Rare Kidney Stones (ProRKS)
The purpose of this study is to determine the natural history of the hereditary forms of nephrolithiasis and chronic kidney disease (CKD), primary hyperoxaluria (PH), cystinuria, Dent disease and adenine phosphoribosyltransferase deficiency (APRTd) and acquired enteric hyperoxaluria (EH). The investigator will measure blood and urinary markers of inflammation and determine relationship to the disease course. Cross-comparisons among the disorders will allow us to better evaluate mechanisms of renal dysfunction in these disorders.

An Open-label, Phase 2 Pilot Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Piclidenoson in Patients With Lowe Syndrome
The primary objective of this trial is to: 1\. Evaluate the efficacy of piclidenoson to increase renal uptake of 99mTc-labeled DMSA, in comparison to baseline, after 6 months (26 weeks) of treatment as a measure the reabsorption capacity of LMWPs by renal proximal tubules. The secondary objectives of this trial are to: 1. Evaluate changes in urinary excretion of LMWPs and other clinical parameters of renal Fanconi syndrome 2. Evaluate safety of piclidenoson in patients with Lowe syndrome

National Registry of Rare Kidney Diseases
The goal of this National Registry is to is to collect information from patients with rare kidney diseases, so that it that can be used for research. The purpose of this research is to: * Develop Clinical Guidelines for specific rare kidney diseases. These are written recommendations on how to diagnose and treat a medical condition. * Audit treatments and outcomes. An audit makes checks to see if what should be done is being done and asks if it could be done better. * Further the development of future treatments. Participants will be invited to participate on clinical trials and other studies.
