NCT07895394
Immunogenicity and Safety of Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine in Lung Transplant Recipients
The purpose of this study is to compare the immunogenicity and safety of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccination between lung transplant recipients and immunocompetent adults and to provide evidence to guide RSV vaccination in lung transplant recipients.

Technical Development of Xe MRI
The goal of this study is to develop and optimize new proton (1H; conventional MRI) and Xe gas MRI techniques to assess regional cardiopulmonary structure and function in the clinical setting. Specifically, three forms of Xe MRI techniques will be our focus: (1) imaging of the Xe ventilation distribution (which is the current FDA-approved indication for Xe MRI); (2) imaging the alveolar microstructure via the Xe apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC); and (3) detecting via spectroscopy and imaging Xe gas dissolved in the pulmonary blood and tissues upon inhalation.

BRIDGE - Blocking Receptor of IL-1β for Donor Graft Edema Reduction
This study will determine if primary graft dysfunction (which causes low blood oxygen levels and fluid or inflammation in the lungs) after lung transplant can be prevented through the use of the study drug (IL-1 receptor antagonist, Anakinra). In this study, lung transplant participants who are randomized to the treatment group will have the study drug injected into the solution that their donor lungs are kept in prior to transplant.

Combination Letermovir and Standard of Care Antiviral for Enhanced Antiviral Response in Cytomegalovirus Infection in Lung Transplant Recipients
The primary objective of the CLEAR-CMV trial is to evaluate the efficacy of letermovir therapy plus standard of care (SOC) antiviral compared to SOC plus placebo in achieving clearance of CMV viremia by week 3 in lung transplant recipients with active CMV infection.
