Phase I/II Study of AD-PluReceptor Plus Tafasitamab-cxix and Lymphodepleting Chemotherapy in Patients With Autoimmune Disorders
The goal of Safety Lead-In is to confirm the safety of tafasitamab when given to patients with SSc, SLE, and LN. The goal of Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy that can be given to patients with the disease. The goal of Phase 2 is to learn if the dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells found in Phase 1 in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy can help to control the disease.

MYTP01 for Immune-Mediated Diseases
The goal of this study is to evaluate whether MYTP01, a traditional Chinese herbal formula developed by clinical experts with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI), is effective and safe as an additional treatment for immune-mediated diseases (post-kidney transplantation, IgA nephropathy, etc.). The study also aims to explore whether MYTP01 may provide therapeutic benefits across these conditions by regulating shared immune and inflammatory processes. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Does MYTP01 provide clinical benefits and remain safe when used as an additional treatment for immune-mediated conditions? * Does MYTP01 help regulate immune balance and inflammatory responses across immune-mediated disease populations? Researchers will compare MYTP01 with a matching placebo, with both treatments given in addition to standard medical care, to evaluate clinical efficacy, safety, and potential immunomodulatory effects across immune-mediated conditions. Participants will: * Be enrolled in a disease-specific cohort based on their clinical condition. * Be randomly assigned to receive either MYTP01 or placebo in addition to their usual medical treatment. * Take the assigned study treatment twice daily for 8 weeks. * Attend follow-up visits approximately once a month during a 12-week study period. * Undergo clinical assessments, blood and urine tests, and evaluations of immune function and possible side effects.

Study to Evaluate the Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of CD19 CAR-T Cell Therapy (TranspoCART19) in Patients With Refractory Lupus Nephritis
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of CD19 CAR-T cell therapy (TranspoCART19) in adults with refractory lupus nephritis. Lupus nephritis is a serious kidney complication of systemic lupus erythematosus that may not respond adequately to standard treatments. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Is TranspoCART19 safe and tolerable in patients with refractory lupus nephritis? * Can TranspoCART19 induce complete or partial clinical and immunological remission? Participants will: * Undergo leukapheresis to collect immune cells for manufacturing TranspoCART19. * Receive lymphodepleting chemotherapy before treatment. * Receive a single fractionated infusion of TranspoCART19. * Attend regular follow-up visits for safety, disease activity, kidney function, immune response, and quality-of-life assessments for up to 24 months, with long-term safety follow-up after study completion.

Diastolic Dysfunction and Inflammatory Biomarkers in Lupus Nephritis
This cross-sectional observational study aims to investigate the correlation between echocardiographic parameters of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (E/A ratio, e', E/e' ratio, LAVI, and LVEF) and systemic inflammatory biomarkers (CRP, ESR, NLR, PLR, and SII) in critically ill patients with lupus nephritis. A total of 90 participants will be enrolled and divided into three groups: control group without SLE or lupus nephritis (n=30), SLE without lupus nephritis (n=30), and SLE with lupus nephritis (n=30). Transthoracic echocardiography and blood sampling for inflammatory biomarkers will be performed at baseline (ICU admission). The findings may help evaluate the potential role of these biomarkers in early cardiac risk assessment in this patient population.

The Pediatric Lupus Nephritis Mycophenolate Mofetil (PLUMM) Study
The study is a 1-year 2-part double-blinded placebo controlled 2-arm clinical trial. Treatment arms are (1) MMF dosed as per body-surface area (MMFBSA; 600mg/m2 body surface area per dose about every 12 hours) and (2) pharmacokinetically-guided precision-dosing of MMF (MMFPK; MMF dosed twice daily to achieve an area under the concentration-time curve (AUC0-12h) of MPA \>60-70 mg\*h/L. The study goal is to determine the safety and efficacy of MMFPK compared to MMFBSA for the treatment of proliferative LN in subjects 8 to \<21 years.
