A Study of Belzutifan in Adolescent Participants With Solid Tumors (MK-9999-01E/LIGHTBEAM-U01)
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat adolescents with locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic solid tumors. Participants were enrolled into pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL), wild type gastrointestinal stromal tumor (wtGIST), and Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease-associated localized tumors cohorts: * PPGL are rare cancers that start in cells that make hormones in the adrenal glands * wtGIST is a less common type of cancer that starts in the digestive tract. Wild type means it does not have certain gene mutations (changes) * VHL disease-associated localized tumors are rare tumors caused by a certain gene mutation that may be passed down from parents to children * Locally advanced means the cancer has spread into nearby tissue * Unresectable means the cancer cannot be removed by surgery * Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body The goal of the study is to learn about the safety of belzutifan and if people tolerate it.

A Study of Ifinatamab Deruxtecan in Pediatric Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors (MK-9999-01D/LIGHTBEAM-U01)
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat children with relapsed or refractory solid tumors: * Relapsed means the cancer came back after treatment * Refractory means the cancer did not respond (get smaller or go away) to treatment * Solid tumors are cancers mostly in body organs and tissues, not in the blood or other body liquids The study treatment I-DXd (also known as MK-2400 or ifinatamab deruxtecan) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goals of this study are to learn: * About the safety of I-DXd and if children younger than 12 years old tolerate it * How many children who receive I-DXd have the cancer get smaller or go away

Engagement of American Indians of Southwestern Tribal Nations in Cancer Genome Sequencing
This clinical trial studies engagement strategies for recruiting American Indians (AI) of Southwestern Tribal Nations for cancer genome sequencing. American Indians in the Southwest have higher rates of some types of cancer, such as cancers that arise in the liver, kidney, breast, and colon. American Indians with cancer may also live for less time than people from other population groups who have been treated for the same cancer. Damage to the cells of the body, acquired as people live, grow older, and are exposed to the environment, causes genetic changes in cells that can lead to cancer. This study may help researchers learn how these genetic changes in cells cause cancer and understand how and why cancer is arising in American Indians in the Southwest. This may help better prevent and treat cancer in the future.

Novel Single Wave Assessment in Measuring Cardiac Dysfunction and Metabolic Syndrome in Patients With Cancer
This clinical trial studies a novel single wave assessment in measuring cardiac dysfunction and metabolic syndrome in patients with cancer. The novel single wave assessment is a hand held device that can report left ventricular ejection fraction, which measures how well the heart is pumping blood (by giving a percentage) and measures how stiff the arteries are in the heart (pulse wave velocity). A novel single wave assessment may help identify patients at increased risk for type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome (disease where patients have increased blood pressure and high blood sugar level and excess body fat around the waist and abnormal cholesterol levels).

A Clinical Trial of MK-2750 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-2750-002)
MK-2750 is a trial medicine designed to treat certain solid tumors. MK-2750 is a type of treatment called an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs attach to a protein on cancer cells and deliver medicine to destroy those cells. The goals of this trial are to learn: * About the safety of MK-2750 and if participants tolerate it. Tolerate means participants will receive trial treatment in the trial unless they need to stop it due to health problems. * How many participants have cancer respond (get smaller or go away) to MK-2750

A Clinical Trial of MK-2010 With Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) in Participants With Solid Tumors (MK-2010)
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat certain types of advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are cancers mostly in organs and tissues in the body, not in the blood or other fluids. Advanced may mean the cancer has spread to nearby or other parts of the body. The cancer may not be able to be treated with surgery or radiation, which uses beams of intense energy (like X-rays) to shrink or get rid of tumors. Some cancers may not have gone away or came back after previous treatment. MK-2010, the trial treatment, is designed to help the immune system fight cancer. This trial will look at MK-2010 when given with another trial treatment called sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT). Sac-TMT is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goals of this trial are to learn: * About the safety of MK-2010 with sac-TMT and if participants tolerate them. Tolerate means participants will receive trial treatment unless they need to stop it due to health problems. * How many participants who receive MK-2010 with sac-TMT have the cancer respond to treatment. Respond means the cancer gets smaller or goes away.

A Study of Patritumab Deruxtecan in Pediatric Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors (MK-9999-01C/LIGHTBEAM-U01)
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat children with hepatoblastoma or rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) that has relapsed or is refractory: * Hepatoblastoma is a common liver cancer in babies and very young children * RMS is a cancer that starts in muscle cells, often in a child's head and neck, bladder, arms, or legs * Relapsed means the cancer came back after treatment * Refractory means the cancer did not respond (get smaller or go away) to treatment The study treatment HER3-DXd (also known as MK-1022 or patritumab deruxtecan) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goals of this study are to learn: * About the safety of HER3-DXd in children and if they tolerate it * What happens to HER3-DXd in children's bodies over time * If children who receive HER3-DXd have the cancer get smaller or go away

A Study of MK-5684 in People With Certain Solid Tumors (MK-5684-015/OMAHA-015)
Researchers want to learn if MK-5684 (the study medicine) can treat breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and endometrial cancer. MK-5684, the study medicine, is designed to treat cancer by blocking the body from making steroid hormones. Researchers will compare MK-5684 to the standard treatments for each cancer type in this study. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive MK-5684 live longer without the cancer growing or spreading compared to people who receive a standard treatment.
