Comparative Analysis of Chamomile Tea (Matricaria Chamomilla) and Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) Against Hyperlipidemia
Present study was conducted to compare the efficacy of green tea (Camellia sinensis) and chamomile tea (Matricaria chamomilla), administered individually, as a combined intervention, and as a sequential (morning/evening) regimen on glycemic, lipid, hepatic, and renal biomarkers in normal and hyperlipidemic subjects. Two parallel studies were conducted: Study I assessed the effects of intervention on normal subjects while Study II assessed the effect in hyperlipidemic subjects. Both studies consisted of an untreated control group and four tea-based intervention groups. The biochemical parameters including fasting blood glucose (FBG), LDL, VLDL, HDL, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, and creatinine were measured at baseline (Day 1) and after 30 days of intervention.

Retinal OCTA for Microvascular Dysfunction Evaluation and Outcome Prediction in MINOCA Patients
The aim of this study is to evaluate microvascular dysfunction through OCTA in MINOCA patients. In order to better understand the condition, OCTA will also be performed in two matched patient groups: healthy controls and ACS patients. The study will compare the retinal microvascular parameters across these groups to determine differences in microvascular function in MINOCA patients. Additionally, in the MINOCA subgroup, the study will further evaluate the differences in microvascular dysfunction within specific subsets of patients (e.g., Takotsubo, vasospastic angina, microvascular angina, patients with evidence of plaque erosion) to understand the variability and potential mechanisms underlying each subgroup of MINOCA.

Cardiometabolic Properties of Omega-3 Functionalized With Hydroxytyrosol
The primary aim of this study is to investigate the potential cardioprotective effects of daily nutritional doses of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) enriched with hydroxytyrosol (HT) on cardiovascular health, as well as its modulatory impact on the intestinal microbiota. This investigation will be conducted through a randomized, double-blind, crossover, and controlled nutritional intervention trial. The study population will include two cohorts: one with normotriglyceridemic individuals, and another with hypertriglyceridemic individuals. Participants will be randomly allocated to one of three intervention groups: (1) EPA+HT supplementation, (2) EPA alone, or (3) a placebo consisting of sunflower oil devoid of EPA.

Investigation of the Possibility of Determining Cerebrovascular Disease Based on Hemodynamic Information of Localized Brain Regions
The purpose of this study is to compare hemodynamic information from localized brain regions between stroke patients and healthy adults using brain activity data (fNIRS and EEG) and to assess the accuracy of early stroke diagnosis and classification predictions.
