Effects of Ozone Therapy on Muscle Damage
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of different ozone therapy methods in enhancing recovery after muscle-damaging exercise in healthy adults, and to evaluate their impact on biochemical markers of muscle damage and fatigue. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do ozone-based interventions accelerate recovery by reducing biochemical markers of muscle damage and fatigue following eccentric exercise? * Which ozone therapy modality provides the greatest recovery benefit? Researchers will compare three intervention groups (autohemotherapy, ozone sauna therapy, and ozonated lavender oil massage) with a control group receiving no treatment. Participants will: * Complete a standardized eccentric exercise protocol designed to induce muscle damage * Receive one of the assigned interventions or no treatment (control) * Provide blood samples at multiple time points (baseline, post-exercise, post-intervention, and 24, 48, and 72 hours follow-up) to assess recovery- related biomarkers

Effect of Systemic Ozone Therapy on Corneal Endothelium
This study evaluates the safety of systemic ozone therapy on the corneal endothelium, a vital non-renewable tissue that maintains corneal transparency. Ozone therapy is increasingly used for chronic pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and other conditions due to its immune-modulating and antioxidant effects. However, its impact on the corneal endothelium has not been thoroughly investigated. This prospective controlled cohort study includes 96 participants: 48 patients receiving systemic ozone therapy (major autohemotherapy, 40 µg/mL, 10 sessions) and 48 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. Corneal endothelial parameters including endothelial cell density (ECD), hexagonality (Hex%), coefficient of variation (CV), central corneal thickness (CCT), and intraocular pressure (IOP) are measured by specular microscopy at baseline (T0), 1 month (T1), 3 months (T2), and 6 months (T3). Oxidative stress markers (MDA, SOD, GSH-Px) are also assessed in the ozone group. The primary goal is to determine whether systemic ozone therapy causes any adverse effects on corneal endothelial cells over a 6-month period. Secondary goals include evaluating changes in oxidative stress markers and assessing the correlation between systemic antioxidant effects and corneal health. Results will help guide clinical practice regarding the safety of ozone therapy in patients with or without pre-existing corneal conditions.

Ozone Versus Conventional Socket Disinfection for Primary Dental Implant Stability
This randomized split-mouth controlled clinical trial aims to compare the effects of ozone and conventional implant site disinfection on primary and early secondary implant stability. Systemically healthy adults requiring at least two dental implants in symmetrical or contralateral edentulous sites will receive ozone disinfection at one implant site and conventional disinfection at the paired site according to a randomized allocation. Implant stability will be assessed immediately after implant placement using insertion torque and resonance frequency analysis (Implant Stability Quotient, ISQ), and secondary stability will be evaluated by ISQ measurements at the 3-month follow-up during healing abutment placement. The study will determine whether ozone disinfection improves implant stability during the early osseointegration period.

Ozone Therapy for Women With Endometriosis
To evaluate the action of ozone therapy as an adjuvant treatment in patients with endometriosis. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ozone therapy for pelvic analgesia in women with endometriosis; To compare the imaging diagnostic techniques of transvaginal ultrasound with infrared thermography in the pre-treatment (before), fourth, seventh and post-treatment (10th session) periods; To evaluate the application of the consolidated questionnaire (EHP-30) in the changes in the quality of life of the participants immediately after the intervention.
