Strategy for Managing Urinary Incontinence With PRP
Urinary incontinence is a public health issue; in France, approximately 3 million women are affected. Current treatment options-particularly surgical procedures involving the use of prosthetic materials-are being called into question. In 2019, the use of vaginal prostheses for prolapse was banned. The two sub-urethral sling (SUS) techniques are being challenged at medical conferences and within scientific committees, as they can lead to adverse effects and disastrous complications. Patient advocacy groups are emerging (such as "Balance ta Bandelette"), and media reports are proliferating to pressure authorities to withdraw all prosthetic materials from the market. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a technique widely used in cosmetology and rheumatology that could also be applied to the treatment of urinary incontinence. It is known to stimulate the body's natural repair mechanisms, thereby improving tissue nutrition. It is also believed to exert a mechanical effect similar to that of slings. Consequently, an injection into the anterior vaginal wall-a relatively painless procedure performed adjacent to the mid-urethra-could initially act as a bulking agent and subsequently promote tissue regeneration, mimicking the effect of a sling in cases of urethral hypermobility, while also strengthening the sphincter in cases of sphincter deficiency. This study therefore aims to evaluate this treatment approach for patients seeking alternatives to slings.

Pilot Exploration of Platelet Characterization of Platelet Rich Plasma Created by Two Different Systems
The investigators would like to study the differences in the quality of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) between two different machines in those with knee osteoarthritis. Knee osteoarthritis means your cartilage has been worn down, and it affects your knee joint. Both machines, the APEX Biologix XCELL PRP System and the Emcyte PurePRP Supraphysiologic Concentrating System, are FDA approved, commercially available, and makes PRP. The investigators will check if the platelets in the PRP have different amounts or work differently. The investigators will also assess participants symptoms after the injection and compare the two different preparation systems.

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Using Platelet-rich Fibrin (PRF)-Based Lipobolus for the Immediate Reconstruction of Defects After Breast-conserving Resection for Breast Cancer (Minimally Invasive Primary Immediate Grafting)
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a special type of fat graft, made by mixing a person's own fat with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), works to fix breast shape defects after cancer surgery. PRF is a substance made from a person's own blood that is rich in growth factors, which may help the graft survive better. The main questions it aims to answer are: What percentage of the fat graft's volume remains in place 3 months after radiation therapy? What is the safety of this procedure, including its side effects and any impact on cancer returning? Participants will: * Undergo standard breast-conserving surgery to remove the tumor * Have liposuction (fat removal) from their own belly or thighs * Receive a "lipobolus" (their own fat mixed with PRF) placed into the breast defect during the same surgery * Follow up for 12 months with ultrasound scans, physical exams, and questionnaires (BREASTQ) about their satisfaction and quality of life

Efficacy at One Year of Combined Injections of Plasma Rich in Platelets and Hyaluronic Acid in Knee Osteoarthritis
The French Society of Rheumatology cannot rule on the value of intra-articular injections of PRP due to the lack of hindsight and insufficient data. In fact, the injection protocols are very heterogeneous in terms of preparation method, the presence or not of leukocytes, the number of centrifugations, the volume injected, the ultrasound guidance, which makes it difficult to analyze the literature. The investigator objective is therefore to evaluate the effectiveness of combined injections of PRP and hyaluronic acid.

PRP Improves Blastocyst Formation in ICSI Cycles
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if platelet rich plasma (PRP) works to improve embryo development rates and embryo quality in IVF cycles, involving male adult patients with severe sperm disorders. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does PRP improve sperm quality of male adult patients undergoing IVF? * Does PRP improve embryo development and embryo quality of the IVF patients? Researchers will compare embryos from IVF patients treated with PRP to those not treated with PRP to see if PRP improves embryo development and embryo quality. Participants will: * Provide semen sample for IVF * Provide blood sample for PRP preparation * Have PRP obtained from their blood added to their sperm sample

Allogeneic vs Autologous PRP for Diabetic Wounds in Renal Dysfunction: a Randomized Controlled Trial
Diabetic wounds are difficult to heal. Autologous platelets in diabetic patients with renal insufficiency have poor function. Allogeneic platelet plasma has a promising application prospect. Comparing the efficacy and safety differences between allogeneic platelet plasma and autologous platelet plasma is of significant importance and value for the clinical application.

Microfracture With Platelet Rich Plasma Gel Injection for Osteochondral Lesion of the Talus
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if combined local injection of platelet rich plasma (PRP) gel adds clinical efficacy to isolated arthroscopic microfracture in treatment of osteochondral lesion of the talus (OLT). The interface integration of the injured area will also be assessed via radiographic follow-up. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does arthroscopic microfracture combined with PRP gel injection improve ankle function of participants based on American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) Score? * Does arthroscopic microfracture combined with PRP gel injection improve interface integration of the injured cartilage on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)? Researchers will compare arthroscopic microfracture with concomitant local injection of PRP gel to isolated microfracture to see if intraoperative PRP gel injection adds clinical efficacy to isolated arthroscopic microfracture in treatment of OLT. Participants will: * Undergo either isolated arthroscopic microfracture or microfracture with intraoperative injection of PRP gel * Receive clinical follow-up 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery and answer scales of ankle function assessment * Take MRI preoperatively and 6, 12 and 24 months after surgery
