Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation Plus Pelvic Floor Muscle Training for Premature Ejaculation
This single-center, prospective, parallel-group randomized controlled trial evaluated whether extracorporeal magnetic innervation (ExMI) added to pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) improves pelvic floor muscle function and premature ejaculation symptoms compared with PFMT alone in men with premature ejaculation. Participants were assessed at baseline, week 4, and week 8 using real-time suprapubic ultrasonography and validated patient-reported outcome measures.

Effect of Antimuscarinic Treatment on Premature Ejaculation Severity in Men With Overactive Bladder: a Prospective Comparison With Mirabegron
Overactive bladder (OAB) is a condition characterized by involuntary bladder contractions. Antimuscarinic drugs are commonly used to treat OAB by blocking muscarinic receptors (M2 and M3) in the bladder. These same receptors are also present in the seminal vesicles and vas deferens, which are structures involved in ejaculation. This observational study aims to evaluate whether antimuscarinic drugs used for OAB treatment have any effect on ejaculation duration and the refractory period in male patients. Male patients aged 20-50 who are prescribed antimuscarinic medication (tolterodine, propiverine) for OAB will complete validated questionnaires (IIEF, PEP, PEDT, OAB-V8) before starting treatment and at 1-month and 2-month follow-up visits. No changes will be made to the patients' standard treatment.

Effectiveness of Pelvic Floor Therapy for the Management of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation.
The objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of pelvic floor therapy for the management of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in patients with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The main question to answer is: What is the effectiveness of pelvic floor therapy (electrostimulation, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercise) for the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction and or premature ejaculation? Patients will: * Have an initial consultation of pelvic floor rehabilitation before therapy. * Be given pelvic floor therapy. * Have a secondary consultation of pelvic floor rehabilitation after therapy. Three intervention groups will be included: Group 1: Patients with premature ejaculation Group 2: Patients with erectile dysfunction Group 3: Patients with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Proof of Concept Study on BP1.4979 Effect on Primary Premature Ejaculation
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if drug BP1.4979 works to treat primary premature ejaculation in adults. It will also learn about the safety of drug BP1.4979. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does drug BP1.4979 increase the time to ejaculation during sexual intercourse? * Do participants have a good safety and tolerability of drug BP1.4979? Researchers will compare drug BP1.4979 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if drug BP1.4979 works to treat primary premature ejaculation. Participants will: * Take drug primary premature ejaculation or a placebo per requested need prior to sexual intercourses for 12 weeks * Visit the clinic 4 times for checkups and questionnaires completion and have 2 phone calls with the study team over a period of about 17 weeks * Keep a diary of the intakes of the experimental drug, ejaculation time, ejaculation control, any unusual events concerning their health and any other medication taken
