IOL Power Formula Prediction Accuracy at the Extremes of Axial Length: A Prospective Outcome Verification Study
This single-center, prospective, cross-sectional study evaluates how accurately eight modern intraocular lens (IOL) power calculation formulas predicted the postoperative refractive result in eyes with extreme axial length after cataract surgery. Patients previously operated at the study center who had a very short (axial length \< 22.0 mm) or very long (\> 26.0 mm) eye and received a spherical monofocal IOL are invited to a single, non-invasive outcome visit. At this visit, standardized manifest refraction, optical biometry, corneal tomography, slit-lamp examination and, in long eyes, macular OCT are performed. The measured postoperative spherical equivalent is compared with the residual refraction that each of the eight formulas had predicted for the actually implanted IOL power, separately in short and long eyes. The study aims to identify which formula predicts the postoperative outcome most accurately at the extremes of axial length, where formula choice is most consequential and least well studied.

Wavefront-guided LASIK for Monovision Treatment of Myopic Subjects With Presbyopia
This study will be a 12-month, prospective, multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, non-randomized clinical investigation conducted at 8 to 14 sites. A total of 383 subjects will be enrolled to achieve approximately 268 treated subjects, resulting in at least 241 evaluable subjects at the point of refractive stability. After signing the informed consent, subjects meeting all inclusion and exclusion criteria in both eyes may be scheduled for surgery. The follow-up visit schedule will be the same for each operative eye.

Survey of Sensory Impairment Indicators Among Adults Aged 65 Years and Older in Xinxing County
This cross-sectional population-based survey will be conducted among residents aged 65 years and older in Xinxing County, Yunfu, Guangdong Province, China. The study will use standardized eye examinations, visual acuity and refractive assessment, anterior segment examination, hearing screening and questionnaires to estimate effective refractive error coverage, effective cataract surgical coverage, effective hearing technology coverage, common eye disease status, and dual sensory impairment among older adults. The findings are intended to provide evidence for primary-level eye and hearing health services.

Comparison of PRESBYOND Laser Blended Vision and Conventional Monovision LASIK in Individuals With Presbyopia: A Randomized Clinical Study
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if laser blended vision (LBV) works better than traditional monovision LASIK to correct presbyopia in adults aged 40 to 55 years. Presbyopia is an age-related condition that makes it hard to see things up close. The study will also evaluate the safety of both procedures. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does LBV improve distance, intermediate, and near vision at the same time after surgery? Is LBV as safe as traditional monovision LASIK? Researchers will compare laser blended vision to traditional monovision LASIK to see if LBV provides better overall vision after surgery. Participants will: Be randomly assigned to receive either laser blended vision or traditional monovision LASIK Have standard eye examinations before surgery Undergo LASIK surgery using the assigned method Return for follow-up visits at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery Complete vision tests and questionnaires about visual quality and satisfaction

Post Marketing Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Lenses From a New Prescription Protocol
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess improvements in visual performance and patient outcomes in wearing new spectacle lenses in general population. The two spectacle lenses will be compared after two weeks of wearing. The aims are: * to evaluate the visual superiority, and quality-of-life implications of Essilor® AVA™ spectacle lenses prescribed after a new subjective refraction protocol named AVA™ protocol. * to understand the benefits of using a high accuracy instrument and testing sequence over the standard testing sequence in determining a glasses prescription, as well as the overall subjective performance of the resulting glasses.

Community-Based Eye Screening With Structured Referral Tracking for Preventing Avoidable Blindness in Adults in Rawalpindi, Pakistan
This cluster randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Structured Referral Tracking (SRT) intervention in improving referral completion among adults identified with avoidable blindness during community-based eye screening camps in Rawalpindi District, Pakistan. Ten community clusters will be randomized into intervention and control groups. Participants in the intervention group will receive structured referral counseling, weekly reminder calls or messages, and customized referral guidance for eight weeks, while the control group will receive standard referral procedures. The primary outcome is referral completion at a tertiary eye hospital within eight weeks after screening. Secondary outcomes include knowledge regarding avoidable blindness, treatment satisfaction, feasibility, acceptability, and barriers influencing referral completion.

An Evaluation of Myopia Control Lenses on Wearing Experience in Myopic Children
The goal of this research study is to understand the wearing experience of A.M.L. series of lenses in myopic children. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How quickly and effectively children adapt to the A.M.L. series of lenses? * The proportion of children who adapted to the A.M.L. series of lenses within 4 to 6 days? 40 myopic children aged 6 to 12 years will be recruited as participants, and all of them will be wearing A.M.L. series of lenses. Participants will: * Wear A.M.L. series of lenses for a period of 2 weeks * Visit at day 4-6, week 1 and week 2.
