Study of Brexucabtagene Autoleucel (KTE-X19) in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma (Cohort 3)
The goal of this clinical study is to test how well the study drug, brexucabtagene autoleucel (KTE-X19), works in participants with relapsed/refractory (r/r) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have not previously received Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi).

Glofitamab in B-NHL Using Mid-Therapy Intratumoral Transcriptomics
This trial will enroll patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL and MCL, with the opportunity to receive single-agent glofitamab as early as the second-line. Patients will have superficially accessible disease to enable core-needle biopsy prior to therapy initiation, and on cycle 1 day 15 and cycle 2 day 1 of therapy administration to enable high throughput molecular profiling of disease and immune dynamics while on treatment.

Study of KTE-X19 in Adult Japanese Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma or Relapsed/Refractory B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about KTE-X19, and how safe and effective it is in adult Japanese participants with relapsed/refractory (r/r) Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) or r/r B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL). The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of KTE-X19, as measured by: * Objective response rate (ORR) per investigator assessment, in adult Japanese participants with r/r MCL * Overall complete remission (OCR) defined as complete remission (CR) and complete remission with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) per investigator assessment, in adult Japanese participants with r/r ALL

Lenalidomide With or Without Idelalisib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma
This Phase I/II trial studies the safety and effectiveness of lenalidomide with or without idelalisib. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Idelalisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether lenalidomide is more effective with or without idelalisib in treating mantle cell lymphoma.
