Oral Versus Intravenous Vitamin B12 Replacement in Hemodialysis Patients
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether intravenous (IV) vitamin B12 works better than oral vitamin B12 to correct vitamin B12 deficiency in adults on maintenance hemodialysis. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does IV vitamin B12 raise blood B12 levels more than oral vitamin B12 over four weeks? Does IV vitamin B12 lead to more patients reaching a normal blood B12 level than oral vitamin B12? Do the two routes differ in their effect on blood counts and nerve-related symptoms such as numbness and tingling? Participants will: Receive either an IV injection of vitamin B12 once a week after their dialysis session, or oral vitamin B12 tablets three times a day, for four weeks Have blood tests for vitamin B12 level and blood count at the start of the study and again at week 5 Be checked for nerve-related symptoms such as numbness and tingling at the start of the study and again at week 5 Researchers will compare IV vitamin B12 to oral vitamin B12 to see which route works better at correcting B12 deficiency in hemodialysis patients.

Comparative Study Between Leg Massage and Vibration on Cramps and Comfort for Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis
This planned randomized controlled trial will enroll 164 patients undergoing hemodialysis to compare the effectiveness of leg massage versus vibration therapy on muscle cramps and patient comfort. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: a massage group receiving 20-minute lower extremity massage sessions, a vibration group receiving 10-minute vibration therapy, or a control group receiving standard care only. All interventions will be administered three times per week for two weeks (six sessions). The study will evaluate cramp frequency, cramp severity using a Visual Analog Scale, sleep quality through the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and patient comfort scores. Both interventions are expected to significantly reduce cramp frequency and severity compared to standard care, with massage anticipated to show superior benefits for sleep quality and home-based cramp reduction, while vibration is expected to provide better immediate comfort during dialysis sessions. No serious adverse events are predicted. The findings will help healthcare providers offer personalized, evidence-based non-pharmacological options to improve quality of life for hemodialysis patients.

Implementation Trial In patieNts With rEnal failuRe and diAbetes for Major Adverse reNal and Cardiovascular Events
The goal of this clinical study is to establish if the use of public health-related messages, designed and disseminated to a targeted population, will result in tangible improvements in patient outcomes and healthcare practices. Specific health-related messages oriented towards patients, through their biological results and HealthCare Professionals (HCPs), will be sent to participants included in the intervention group. The control group will not receive any health-related message (routine care). The aim is to evaluate if this intervention leads to differences in Major Adverse Renal and Cardiovascular Events (MARCE), compared to routine care (no dissemination of health messages) in patients suffering in diabetes and renal failure.

Ultrasound-Based Prediction of Hemodynamic Instability During CVVHDF Initiation
This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the ability of transthoracic echocardiographic and bedside ultrasonographic parameters to predict intradialytic hypotension and hemodynamic instability at the initiation of continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) in adult intensive care unit patients.

Study to Compare the Outcome of Receiving Continued Immunosuppression Versus Stopping Immunosuppression at 6 Months to Safely Prevent Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) Sensitization in Patients With Late Renal Graft Failure
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the degree of HLA sensitization at 2 years in patients with late renal graft failure (\> 3 months) when receiving reduced immunosuppressant treatment versus stopping immunosuppression at 6 months. The main question this study aims to answer is: Does maintaining long-term immunosuppression in patients with a late renal graft failure (\> 3 months) safely reduce the risk of HLA sensitization? To answer this question, patients will be assigned to a control arm or investigational arm: * Patients assigned to the control arm will receive standard treatment, in which immunosuppressant treatment is withdrawn after 6 months. * Patients assigned to the investigatonal arm will continue immunosuppressant treatment at low doses for 2 years. Patients recruited in this clinical trial will be followed for up to 2 years. During this time, patients will visit the clinic every 3 months for checkups and tests.
