Oxaliplatin-Based Adjuvant Therapy for Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Carcinoma**

Patients with pathologically-confirmed gastrointestinal neuroendocrine carcinoma will be enrolled, to explore the efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin-based doublet chemotherapy in the adjuvant treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine carcinoma. For patients after radical resection, adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended. XELOX, SOX or FOLFOX regimens can be selected based on the patient's physical status. Single-agent chemotherapy alone is not recommended.

Optimizing Y90 Therapy for Radiation Lobectomy

HCC resection candidates with inadequate future liver remnant will be enrolled in this study. They will be treated with Y90 radioembolization to help grow the liver enough to undergo liver resection. There will be 2 Patient Groups. The first group of patients will be treated with Y90 dose and embolic load as per standard-of-care. The second group of patients will be treated with the optimal Y90 dose and embolic load found in Patient Group 1.

TreatmENT of AnastomotiC LeakagE After COLON Cancer Resection

This international multicentre retrospective cohort study aims to research anastomotic leakage after colon cancer resection and has two main objectives: 1. To identify predictive factors associated with 90-day mortality and 90-day Clavien-Dindo grade 4-5 complications amongst patients who developed AL following colon cancer resection and to develop and validate a prediction model for predicting 90-day mortality as well as the co-primary composite endpoint Clavien-Dindo grade 4-5 complications. 2. To explore and compare the effectiveness of various treatment strategies for AL following colon cancer resection, considering patient, tumour, resection and leakage characteristics.
