Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Lesion-Based Urgent Referral Triage of Ultra-Widefield Retinal Images
his study evaluates the clinical utility of an artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted lesion-based urgent referral triage system for ultra-widefield (UWF) retinal images. Unlike disease-classification systems, the AI system identifies predefined vision-threatening retinal findings and generates lesion-level urgent referral recommendations. Participating ophthalmologists will evaluate UWF retinal images under randomized AI-assisted and unassisted conditions. The primary objective is to determine whether lesion-based AI assistance improves urgent referral triage performance compared with unaided image interpretation.

Longterm Efficiency and Safety of Intravitreal Injections With Bevacizumab in Patients With Neovascularisation or Macular Edema
Although the safety and efficacy of bevacizumab has been established in several phase 3 trials, there is only little documented about the long-term safety and efficacy in the 'real-world practice' in large populations from different regions. Therefore the investigators evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of intravitreal treatment with bevacizumab by registration of best corrected visual acuity, side-effects and central retinal thickness as measured with the ocular coherence tomography if available. This will allow the investigators to compare the results of their centre with the results of several phase 3 trials from the literature and will guide improvements in their treatment protocols.

Efficacy and Safety of Intravitreal Injection of Bevacizumab with and Without Oral Curcumin
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of adding curcumin oral treatment to bevacizumab intravitreal injection in patients with central macular edema. A blind study and a randomized and controlled clinical trial are conducted on diabetic patients with macular edema. The patients are divided into two intervention groups (bevacizumab + curcumin) and control (bevacizumab + placebo). The evaluation of the central thickness of the macula and the evaluation of the central volume of the macula are the primary goals and the evaluation of the best visual acuity of the patient is the secondary goal.
