NCT07914036
Patient Satisfaction After Robotic-Assisted Versus Conventional Total Knee Arthroplasty
Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) remains the definitive treatment for advanced knee osteoarthritis and continues to be performed with increasing frequency worldwide. However, patient dissatisfaction remains reported in up to one-fifth of cases, despite technically successful procedures and acceptable radiographic results. This discrepancy has shifted attention toward early functional recovery and patient-reported outcomes as more meaningful indicators of success. In response, technological innovations such as robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty have been introduced to enhance surgical precision and reduce alignment outliers. This study aims to determine whether these technical advantages translate into improved early clinical outcomes by comparing patient satisfaction, functional results, radiological accuracy, and perioperative parameters between robotic-assisted and conventional total knee arthroplasty over one year.

Imageless Navigation Versus Image-Based Navigation in Robotic-Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty for Knee Osteoarthritis
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if imageless navigation is not inferior to image-based navigation in robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (RA-TKA) for treating patients with knee osteoarthritis. The main questions the study aims to answer are: 1. Does imageless procedure provide functional results comparable to those of image-based navigation? 2. Are there differences in postoperative complications patients may experience after RA-TKA with imageless and image-based navigation? Researchers will compare imageless navigation with image-based navigation used in total knee arthroplasty to assess whether imageless navigation is comparable for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Participants will: 1. Answer survey questions about knee pain and function before RA-TKA. 2. Undergo RA-TKA with imageless navigation or image-based navigation. 3. Visit the Clinic after 6 months and 12 months after surgery for checkups and to answer the same survey questions about postoperative knee pain and function.

l Investigation of Robotic-assisted TKA (RA-TKA) With Skywalker and Evolution Medial Pivot Knee (eMP Knee)
This is a prospective trial that attempts to develop evidence on the safety and performance of RA-TKA (Robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty) with Skywalker and eMP (Evolution Medial Pivot) knee. Moreover to evaluate performance of eMP patients with Skywalker (in comparison to eMP with conventional instrumentations and non-MP TKAs)
