Study Comparing the Pharmacokinetics, Safety, and Efficacy of RPH-075 and Keytruda® in Patients With Malignant Neoplasms

The goal of this double-blind, randomized study is to establish the equivalence of pharmacokinetic properties, as well as the comparability of safety, immunogenicity and pharmacodynamics of the drug RPH-075 (international nonproprietary name (INN) is pembrolizumab) in comparison with the drug Keytruda® (INN is pembrolizumab) after a single intravenous injection to patients with malignant neoplasms as a first or second line therapy in a monotherapy regimen. The main main tasks are: * To evaluate and compare the pharmacokinetic properties of RPH-075 and Keytruda® after a single intravenous administration of pembrolizumab to patients with malignant neoplasms; * To evaluate the safety profile of the drug RPH-075 in comparison with the drug Keytruda® when used in patients with malignant neoplasms when used as a 1st or 2nd line therapy in a monotherapy regimen. This study will also include a comparative assessment of immunogenicity, pharmacodynamic parameters and a pilot evaluation of RPH-075 efficacy.

Study сomparing the Efficacy and Safety of RPH-075 and Keytruda® in Patients With Unresectable or Metastatic Skin Melanoma

The goal of this double-blind, randomized study is to establish the equivalence of the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of the drugs RPH-075 (international nonproprietary name (INN) is pembrolizumab) and Keytruda® (INN is pembrolizumab) when used in patients with unresectable or metastatic skin melanoma first or second line therapy in a monotherapy regimen. The main task is to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of RPH-075 and Keytruda® drugs when used in patients with unresectable or metastatic skin melanoma as a 1 or 2 line therapy in monotherapy regimen, according to the objective response rate (ORR) parameter for up to 24 weeks of therapy.

Adjuvant Therapy of Skin Melanoma With Alpha Interferon and Naderin

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if adding alpha interferon to standard treatment works to prevent skin melanoma from coming back after surgery. The study will also learn if different doses of alpha interferon work better than others. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does alpha interferon help people with melanoma live longer without the cancer returning? * Does a higher dose of alpha interferon work better than a lower dose? * How does alpha interferon affect the immune system? Researchers will compare six different treatment approaches to see which one works best. Participants will: * Have surgery to remove their melanoma * Receive one of six different treatments after surgery: * Radiation therapy (40 Gy) * Low-dose interferon (3 million IU) * Surgery alone (no additional treatment) * High-dose interferon (9 million IU/m² IV) * Low-dose interferon with chemotherapy (dacarbazine + cisplatin) * Chemotherapy alone (dacarbazine + cisplatin) * Have regular check-ups to see if the cancer returns * Have blood tests to check immune system function Key finding: The study will determine which treatment approach provides the best chance of survival without cancer recurrence.

Adaptive BRAF-MEK Inhibitor Therapy for Advanced BRAF Mutant Melanoma

This pilot early phase I trial studies how well encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab work in treating patients with BRAF mutant stage IIIC-IV melanoma. Encorafenib and binimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with nivolumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab may kill more tumor cells.

Melanoma of the Skin and Exposure to Solar Ultraviolet Radiation at Work in Modena Territory: a Case-control Study to Promote an Active Search and Prevention of Occupational Diseases Based on Recent INAIL Criteria

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the link between work-related sun exposure and a specific type of skin cancer called melanoma in people living in the Modena area, Italy. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a connection between working outdoors and developing types of melanoma that are linked to long-term sun exposure? * Can we use recent criteria from the Italian workers' compensation authority (Istituto Nazionale per l'Assicurazione contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro, INAIL) to better identify and report these melanomas as occupational diseases? Participants in this study will: * Be patients of the Modena University Hospital Dermatology Clinic who are already undergoing a skin biopsy for a suspected lesion. * Take part in a one-time interview with a trained healthcare worker. Answer questions about their: * Job history and specific work locations (to calculate local UVR exposure). * Sun exposure habits at work and in their free/holiday time. * Use of sun protection (e.g., sunscreen, protective clothing). * Use of tanning beds. * Natural skin color and tendency to sunburn (and other elements to determine their specific skin phototype). * Other personal and family health factors. Researchers will compare two groups: * Cases: 120 participants who are diagnosed with melanoma after the biopsy. * Controls: 180 participants who screened negative for melanoma but may show another skin condition. By comparing these groups, researchers aim at better understanding the role of outdoor work as a risk factor for specific melanoma subtypes. For participants diagnosed with a melanoma that is likely linked to their job, the study team will promote its reporting as an occupational disease.
