Sperm, Exposure and Endocrine Disruptors
The proposed research aims to 1) measure male participants' urinary levels of EDCs and sperm quality before and after report-back and EDC reduction intervention and assess changes, 2) assess the extent to which MM's program (testing, curriculum, and report-back) alters participant environmental health literacy (EHL), readiness to change (RtC), and product/lifestyle choices, and 3) test the feasibility and acceptability of MM's program to male participants. The primary study subjects are adult men of reproductive age. The study aims to have 60 participants complete the study.

PRP Improves Blastocyst Formation in ICSI Cycles
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if platelet rich plasma (PRP) works to improve embryo development rates and embryo quality in IVF cycles, involving male adult patients with severe sperm disorders. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does PRP improve sperm quality of male adult patients undergoing IVF? * Does PRP improve embryo development and embryo quality of the IVF patients? Researchers will compare embryos from IVF patients treated with PRP to those not treated with PRP to see if PRP improves embryo development and embryo quality. Participants will: * Provide semen sample for IVF * Provide blood sample for PRP preparation * Have PRP obtained from their blood added to their sperm sample

Obesity With Sperm Quality in Men With Fertility Need
This study aims to investigate the impact of different types of obesity on sperm quality. Participants will be divided into three groups: a normal BMI group, an obese group without pudendal fat wrapping the testicles, and an obese group with pudendal fat wrapping the testicles. Sperm quality parameters will be compared among these groups to assess potential differences associated with different types of obesity.
