Magnetic Resonance-Guided Hypofractionated Adaptive Radiation Therapy With Concurrent Chemotherapy and Consolidation Durvalumab for Inoperable Stage IIB, IIIA, and Select IIIB and IIIC Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Building upon the clinical experience of the investigators with the magnetic resonance (MR)-guided radiation therapy system and applying principals of hypofractionation toward the current treatment paradigm of concurrent chemoradiation and consolidation immunotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), this prospective, single-arm Phase II clinical trial with safety lead-in will test the feasibility and outcomes of this approach.

Palliative Care Intervention in Improving Symptom Control and Quality of Life in Patients With Stage II-IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Their Family Caregivers

This clinical trial studies a palliative care intervention in improving symptom control and quality of life in patients with stage II-IV non-small cell lung cancer and their family caregivers. Palliative care programs can provide patients and their caregivers with information on how to manage their symptoms, maintain health and well-being, and access supportive care services. An interdisciplinary palliative care model may effectively link lung cancer patients to the appropriate supportive care services in a timely fashion.

CHIO3 Trial: CHemotherapy Combined With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor for Operable Stage IIIA/B Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a single arm, phase II trial of combined neoadjuvant platinum doublet chemotherapy plus durvalumab followed by surgery, postoperative radiation and adjuvant durvalumab for 13 cycles for patients with potentially resectable stage IIIA and IIIB (T1-3, N2) NSCLC (per the 8th International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer classification). The primary objective of this study is to increase N2 nodal clearance (N2NC) to 50% or greater for combined platinum doublet chemotherapy with durvalumab induction therapy from historical rate of 30% for platinum doublet chemotherapy alone in patients with potentially resectable stage IIIA/B (N2) NSCLC.

Atezolizumab Plus Induction Chemotherapy Plus CT-radiotherapy. (APOLO)

Open-label, non-randomized, phase II multi-centre controlled clinical trial. 51 non-resectable stage IIIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer patients will be enrolled in this trial to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment (Atezolizumab + Induction chemotherapy (CT) + CT-Radiotherapy) in terms of the Progression Free Survival at 12 months

Image-Guided Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy With Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy Boost and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Stage II-III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer That Cannot Be Removed By Surgery

This clinical trial studies image-guided hypofractionated radiation therapy (RT) when given together with hypofractionated RT boost and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed by surgery. RT uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Hypofractionated RT may be able to send x-rays directly to the tumor and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving RT together with combination chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells and allow doctors to save the part of the body where the cancer started

Analysis of Circulating Tumor DNA Dynamics to Predict and Monitor Response to TKI in Patients With Advanced NSCLC.

This is an observational study, aiming to investigate whether the ctDNA dynamics analyzed by the K-TrackTM assay could predict early response to Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). 1. Determine relationship between ctDNA dynamics and clinical response to TKI, * No response/progressive disease = ctDNA levels increase from baseline * Partial response/stable disease = ctDNA levels decrease from baseline * Complete response = ctDNA clearance. 2. Compare and combine ctDNA dynamics and RECIST1.1 to predict clinical response. 3. Determine relationship between ctDNA dynamics and progression free survival, overall survival.
