Treatment of Recurrent and Multifocal Central Serous Chorioretinopathy
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if subthreshold micropulse laser is a safe, effective, and painless treatment for multifocal and recurrent central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) in adults.
The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Does subthreshold micropulse laser reduce the fluid under the retina, as measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT)?
* Does it improve vision and lower the chance of the disease coming back?
Participants will:
* Have a full eye examination, including vision testing, OCT, and fluorescein angiography before treatment.
* Receive subthreshold micropulse laser treatment, which is painless and does not damage the retina.
* Return for follow-up visits at 1, 3, and 6 months for vision testing and OCT scans.
* Receive a repeat laser session at 3 months if fluid is still present.
