Effectiveness of Resonance Frequency Breathing Exercises in Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Central Sensitization
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by systemic inflammation, fatigue, central sensitization, and chronic pain. While physical exercise is strongly recommended to enhance functional capacity and manage fatigue, heightened central sensitivity and pain often limit adherence and clinical gains. Resonance frequency breathing (paced diaphragmatic breathing at 6 breaths per minute, 0.1 Hz) stimulates the baroreflex and facilitates autonomic regulation, which may alleviate central pain processing. This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effects of resonance frequency breathing added to a standard exercise program compared with exercise alone on central sensitization, pain thresholds, fatigue, pain catastrophizing, functional capacity, respiratory muscle strength, disease activity, and quality of life in patients with SLE. Participants will be randomly allocated to either a Standard Exercise Group or a Standard Exercise + Resonance Breathing Group for an 8-week intervention.

A Study to Learn More About the Long-Term Safety of Litifilimab (BIIB059) Injections and it's Effects on Symptoms in Adults With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on adults who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. This is an extension study of 230LE303 and 230LE304 (TOPAZ-1 and TOPAZ-2). It will include participants who completed the treatment periods of either one of those parent studies. The main goal of the study is to learn more about the long-term safety of litifilimab in adults. The main question researchers want to answer is: \- How many participants have adverse events and serious adverse events during the study? Adverse events are health problems that may or may not be caused by the study drug. Researchers will also learn about: * The effect of litifilimab on controlling symptoms of SLE and lowering its activity. * How participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. * The effect of litifilimab on the quality of life of participants. The study will be done as follows: * This study begins when the participant has finished 1 of the parent studies (either 230LE303 or 230LE304). * Participants who were getting either a high or low dose of litifilimab in either parent study will continue getting the same doses. * Participants who were getting the placebo in the parent studies will be randomized to get either a high or low dose of litifilimab. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know which doses of litifilimab the participants are getting. * All participants will get litifilimab as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last up to 260 weeks. Participants may continue to take their standard of care medications. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 73 study visits. At these visits, the study doctor will do tests to check the participants' overall health, including the status of their SLE symptoms. They will also measure the participants' height, weight, and vital signs and collect blood and urine samples. Participants will also complete questionnaires or answer questions about how they are feeling and about their daily lives. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 284 weeks. Optional Substudy: * Some participants may be invited to join an optional "substudy" after being in the main study for at least 4 months. * This substudy will test a new injector device for delivering litifilimab. The injector device is an automatic device that delivers the full dose in 1 injection without needing to push a plunger. * Researchers will learn more about the safety of the injector device and how the body reacts to it. This will be compared to the current prefilled syringe method. * The substudy will last up to 3 months and will include about 120 participants.

F182112 Phase Ib Clinical Study for the Treatment of Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
The investigational drug is an injectable recombinant humanized anti-BCMA/CD3 bispecific antibody (code: F182112) that can simultaneously target the immune effector cell antigen CD3 and the antigen BCMA. Through a dual-targeting mechanism, it aims to guide the body's own immune system to target and kill B cells and plasma cells that overexpress BCMA.Based on the application of B cell depletion strategies in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, as well as the exploration of similar drugs in autoimmune diseases, we speculate that F182112 is also effective for autoimmune diseases. Therefore, we plan to carry out clinical research of F182112 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, with the aim of bringing more treatment options to patients.

Assessing Residual Inflammation and Macrophage Presence in Lupus Nephritis After 3 Months of Intensified Treatment With Prednisolone, Mycofenolate Mofetil and Voclosporin as Compared to Mycofenolate Mofetil and Prednisolone
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how different treatments affect immune cells in the kidney in people with active lupus nephritis (LN), a kidney manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It will also investigate whether early changes in kidney tissue can predict long-term treatment response and whether blood or urine biomarkers can be used to monitor disease activity without the need for repeat kidney biopsies. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does adding voclosporin to standard treatment with mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and prednisolone result in greater early improvement of kidney inflammation compared with MMF and prednisolone alone? * Are specific macrophage and monocyte populations associated with treatment response and long-term kidney outcomes? * Can blood- or urine-based biomarkers be identified that reflect kidney inflammation and treatment response? Researchers will compare MMF, prednisolone, and voclosporin (triple therapy) with MMF and prednisolone alone (dual therapy) to determine whether intensified treatment leads to faster and more complete immunological and histological remission. Participants with newly diagnosed or relapsing proliferative lupus nephritis will: * Be randomly assigned to receive either triple therapy (MMF, prednisolone, and voclosporin) or dual therapy (MMF and prednisolone). * Undergo a kidney biopsy before treatment starts and a repeat kidney biopsy after 3 months of treatment. * Provide blood and urine samples during follow-up for immune cell analyses and biomarker studies. * Complete patient-reported outcomes questionnaires * Attend regular study visits and clinical assessments for up to 2 years. In addition, participants with SLE without lupus nephritis and healthy volunteers will provide blood samples to allow comparison of circulating immune cell populations between groups.
