Comparison of Reciprocal-crossover McCall Culdoplasty and Conventional McCall Culdoplasty
In this study, our aim is to compare pelvic floor examination findings and quality-of-life satisfaction data between a group that underwent "reciprocal-suture McCall culdoplasty with simultaneous fixation of the ovarian proper ligament"-performed to reduce the risk of POP recurrence following vaginal hysterectomy-and a group that underwent classic McCall culdoplasty without this additional surgical step.

Postoperative Tizanidine Use in Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery: A Pilot Study
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether adding tizanidine to the standard postoperative pain regimen improves recovery after pelvic reconstructive surgery in adult women. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does postoperative tizanidine improve patient-reported recovery 4-6 weeks after surgery? Does tizanidine reduce postoperative pain, opioid use, constipation, and healthcare utilization while improving functional recovery? Researchers will compare standard postoperative care plus tizanidine with standard postoperative care alone to determine whether tizanidine improves postoperative recovery. Participants will: * Be randomly assigned to receive either standard postoperative pain management alone or standard postoperative pain management plus tizanidine for 2 weeks after surgery. * Complete electronic surveys before surgery, 1-2 days after surgery, 2 weeks after surgery, and 4-6 weeks after surgery to assess pain, recovery, activity, and bowel function. * Allow researchers to review information from their electronic medical record, including healthcare utilization and postoperative outcomes, during the 4-6 weeks following surgery.

Does Trendelenburg Positioning During Pulmonary Recruitment Breaths Affect Post-laparoscopy Shoulder Pain
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether different positioning in the operating room during removal of laparoscopic surgical gas differs in post-surgery shoulder pain. An additional goal of this study is to evaluate whether positions change other post-surgery metrics such as bloating, time to passing gas, nausea and vomiting, and time to oral intake. Researchers will compare Trendelenburg positioning where your head is tilted down to supine (level or flat) positioning during removal of surgical gas. Participants will be asked to complete brief surveys at 24 and 72-hours post-surgery.

Postoperative Vaginal Compression After Prolapse Surgery - an RCT
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if omitting postoperative vaginal compression (packing) can facilitate a more efficient recovery after elective surgery for uterovaginal prolapse. The main questions it aims to answer are: Will the omission of vaginal compression result in a non-inferior (unchanged) rate of prolapse recurrence within the first three months after surgery? Does the omission of vaginal compression lead to a shorter hospital stay and a faster return of normal bladder function? Researchers will compare a group that receives no postoperative vaginal compression to a control group that receives standard vaginal gauze packing for two hours to see if skipping the packing leads to shorter hospital stays and faster bladder emptying without increasing the risk of the prolapse returning.

Patient Satisfaction With Opioid Restriction After Urogynecologic Surgery
Patients undergoing surgery with the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Urogynecology Clinic will be randomized to either standard opioid prescribing or restricted opioid prescribing. They will be surveyed on their satisfaction with their postoperative pain control and their pain levels and opioid use will be tracked postoperatively.
