A Clinical Study of MK-4208/TERN-701 in Participants With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) (MK-4208-003/Tern701-1012/CARDINAL)
Researchers are looking for a new way to treat a blood cancer called chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Researchers want to learn if MK-4208 (Tern-701) can treat this type of blood cancer. The goal of this study is to learn about the safety of different doses (amounts) of MK-4208 (Tern-701) and if people tolerate them. Researchers also want to find the highest dose of MK-4208 (Tern-701) that people can tolerate and may work to treat blood cancer.

Study to Evaluate the Reinduction and Second Stop of TKI With Ponatinib in CML in Molecular Response (ResToP)
The purpose of the present study is to determine the rate of successful treatment-free remission (TFR) within the first 52 weeks following cessation of ponatinib treatment in patients who achieved MR4. Eligible patients had been previously treated with TKI and when patients achieved an optimal molecular response, TKI treatment was discontinued. After loss of response, patients were treated again with a TKI treatment and have documented MR4 for one year at the time of switch to ponatinib to study entry. MR4 is defined as BCR-ABL transcript level ≤ 0.01% IS or undetectable BCR-ABL levels with sample sensitivity of at least 4 log.

A Phase 3 Study for the Efficacy and Safety of Radotinib in CP-CML Patients With Failure or Intolerance to Previous TKIs
In a multinational, multicenter, single-arm, open-label and Phase III Radotinib clinical study, chronic phase Ph+ chronic myeloid leukemia patients with failure or intolerance to previous TKIs therapy including Imatinib will be recruited. In this phase 3 study, 173 subjects are expected to be enrolled in a single arm with the administration of Radotinib 400mg twice daily, which includes 10% of dropout rate.

Randomized Evaluation of Radotinib Versus Imatinib in Phase III Study for Efficacy With Chinese Patients (RERISE China)
This is a Phase III, multi-center, open-label, parallel, 2-arm, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of radotinib 300 mg Bis In Die(BID) versus imatinib 400 mg Quaque Die(QD). This study will be conducted in Chinese patients with newly diagnosed Ph+ Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia(CML)-Chronic Phase(CP) who are previously untreated for Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia(CML).

Asciminib as Initial Therapy for Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Chronic Phase
This study is a multicenter Phase 2, non-randomized, open-label single-group frontline study administering asciminib in patients with newly diagnosed Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Chronic Phase (CML-CP). The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of asciminib in newly diagnosed CML-CP. Patients will receive asciminib 80 mg orally once daily during the single asciminib phase. Response is determined by PCR (polymerase chain reaction) blood test during the study. Patients who have not achieved a response after 24 months (but no later than 36 months) of single agent asciminib will be offered the addition of a low dose tyrosine kinase inhibitor (low-TKI) namely dasatinib, imatinib, or nilotinib at the investigator's discretion. The following doses of the TKIs will be used: 1. Dasatinib 50 mg daily 2. Imatinib 300 mg daily 3. Nilotinib 300 mg daily Patients will discontinue study treatment if they experience disease progression, or unacceptable toxicity.

Treatment Free Remission After Combination Therapy With Ruxolitinib Plus Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
The purpose of this study is to determine if adding Ruxolitinib to a Tyrone Kinase Inhibitor (TKI), prior to a second attempt at stopping a TKI will lead to prolonged treatment free remission (TFR).

PEARL Study: PotEntial of Asciminib in the eaRly Treatment of CML
A phase 2, interventional, randomized unblinded study will be conducted in newly diagnosed CP CML patients, to investigate the efficacy and the safety of asciminib at a dose of 80 mg QD as single agent (arm A) or 40 mg BID in combination with nilotinib 300 mg BID (arm B). All patients in both arm A and arm B will be treated for a minimum of 2 years (core phase). If they will have achieved a DMR (MR4), or if it will be in the interest of the patient, the treatment will be continued. During the consolidation phase (2 years) asciminib will be continued at the same dose in both arms; in the combination arm the nilotinib dose will be reduced to 300 mg daily. The patients maintaining a stable MR4 up to the end of the fourth year will discontinue the treatment (TFR phase). The rate of TFR at 5 year (1 year after discontinuation) will be evaluated.

Ponatinib in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Patients in Chronic Phase
The goal of this retrospective observational study is to evaluate any possible association between plasma concentrations of ponatinib and its pharmacodynamics (efficacy/tolerability) in patients affected by chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP). In particular, the aims of the study will be: * primary aim: to investigate the relationships (if any) between plasma concentrations and activity/toxicity of ponatinib in a population of CML-CP patients enrolled in several Italian hematological centers; * secondary aim: to set up an algorithm aimed at helping physicians to improve drug dosing based on several variables (i.e., plasma drug concentrations, tolerability, molecular response to therapy). The study will enroll CML-CP patients who were exposed to ponatinib as second, third or fourth line of chemotherapy.

The Analysis of Fatigue on Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy in Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia
The goal of this clinical study is to gain essential insights into the relationship between Tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy and profound fatigue and abnormal sleep patterns using rest-activity monitoring (actigraphy) and peripheral blood biomarkers in patients with Chronic myeloid leukaemia in chronic phase. The main aims are to 1. Determine the variance of subjective and objective sleep disturbance 2. Determine the difference in serum biomarkers (activin B and L-carnitine) 3. Determine how thes findings concord/discord between treatment and control groups. Participants will asked to undergo 2 weeks of actigraphy monitoring and keep a sleep diary during this time. Blood and urine samples will be taken for analysis. Researchers will compare two groups (patients with fatigue and those without) to assess the differences between groups.
