Psychometric Evaluation of the Traditional Chinese Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory in Patients With Heart Failure
General fatigue is a multidimensional symptom involving physical, cognitive, emotional, and motivational aspects, and it is closely associated with reduced daily functioning and quality of life. In patients with heart failure, fatigue is particularly complex and may persist despite rest. The Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI) assesses five dimensions of fatigue and has demonstrated good reliability and validity in its Taiwan Traditional Chinese version (MFI-TC) among healthy adults. However, its psychometric properties and clinical usefulness in patients with heart failure have not yet been systematically evaluated.

A Study on Ubiquinol on Fatigue and Muscle Strength in Healthy Adults Taking GLP-1 Agonists
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a daily ubiquinol supplement can reduce fatigue and help maintain muscle strength in adults aged 30-65 who are taking a GLP-1 weight loss medication (Wegovy® or Mounjaro®). Ubiquinol is a form of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a substance the body makes naturally that plays a key role in energy production. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does ubiquinol lower fatigue levels compared to a placebo (a look-alike capsule that contains no ubiquinol)? Does ubiquinol help maintain muscle strength during weight loss treatment? Researchers will compare ubiquinol to a placebo to see if ubiquinol helps with fatigue and muscle strength in people using GLP-1 medications. Participants will: Take one ubiquinol (100 mg) or placebo capsule every day for 9 months Have a nurse visit their home 4 times (at months 0, 3, 6, and 9) to take a small blood sample, measure their body, and supervise a simple sit-to-stand exercise test. Attend a short monthly video call (about 20-30 minutes) with a study dietitian. Complete questionnaires and 4 days of diet logging every 3 months using a smartphone app. Log all exercise sessions in the smartphone app throughout the study. This is a fully remote study - participants do not need to visit a clinic. About 90 people will take part.

Mindfulness-Integrated Neuropsychotherapy for Traumatic Brain Injury: A Mixed-Methods Evaluation of Cognitive and Psychosocial Recovery
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effectiveness of Integrative Mindfulness Enhanced Neuropsychotherapy (IMENP) in improving neurocognitive functioning and wellbeing among adults aged 18 to 44 years with mild to moderate Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does IMENP improve neurocognitive functioning in individuals with mild to moderate TBI? * Does IMENP improve quality of life, and reduce depression and fatigue in individuals with mild to moderate TBI? Researchers will compare participants who receive the 16 session IMENP programme to participants on a waitlist control condition to see if IMENP improves cognitive functioning and overall wellbeing. Participants in the experimental group will: Attend 16 sessions of IMENP delivered twice weekly over three months Complete mindfulness practices, cognitive rehabilitation exercises, and emotional regulation techniques during sessions Complete between session homework tasks including expressive writing, mindful activities, and reflective exercises Be assessed on neurocognitive functioning, quality of life, depression, and fatigue at baseline, post intervention, and one month follow up Participants in the waitlist control group will: Receive treatment as usual during the three month intervention period Be assessed at the same time points as the experimental group Receive three introductory IMENP sessions following study completion

Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises on Sleep Disorders un Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in females in reproductive age and not completely understood. Women with PCOS appear to have an increased frequency of sleep problems. Diaphragmatic Breathing (DB) exercises has positive effects on improving sleep quality. The purpose of this study will evaluate the effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercises on improving sleep quality in polycystic ovarian syndrome women.
